Via contact form: name, email, phone (optional), Telegram (optional), position (optional), project description. Via AI assistant: conversation text, technical session ID. Automatically: IP address, date and time of request.

Why we collect data

Solely to process your request and contact you about your project. We do not use data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

Where data is stored

On a secure Hetzner server (Germany, EU). Only the Systemize team has access.

How long data is stored

Data is stored no longer than necessary to process your request. Upon your request, data is deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Write to whitehawk.one1@gmail.com.

Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic analytics. Admin pages are excluded from analytics.
